Habibis Basil & Garlic Hummus gives to the feeling of summer all year long!
You can have so much fun with hummus and use it in many ways not just for dipping your veggies and chips with.
Ingredients
2-3 Potatoes
1 large Orange Sweet Potato or Yam
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
6-8 Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled
Pine Nuts, lightly toasted
Cherry Tomatoes
Habibi’s Basil Garlic Hummus
Method
Preheat oven to 400. Wash and peel potatoes, cube. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper and spread evenly out on baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden & tender.
Let cool slightly. Toss potato medley with bacon crumbles, toasted pine nuts, diced cherry tomatoes and Habibi’s Basil Hummus.
