Smoked Salmon Pita Bites

Habibi’s Beirut Style Hummus is a slice of herb heaven. We combined our herb infused hummus with smoked salmon and crispy pita bread- enjoy!  Ingredients  2 large PitasHabibi’s Beirut Style Hummus½ Cucumber, diced100g Smoked SalmonRadish MicrogreensFresh CilantroChia Seeds Method Preheat oven to 350. Brush both sides of the pitas with olive oil. Cut pitas into 8 triangles and lay in a single layer on a baking sheet.
